From Lyra’s 2022 State of Workforce Mental Health Survey Report:
“In 2020, 54% of employees said it was easy for them to access mental health care using the benefits provided to them. In 2021, 65% of those who sought care or support over the past year said it was either easy (35%) or very easy (30%).
My Thoughts and Comments:
Again, this increase is good news.
The less hassle they experience, the more likely it will be for employees to keep accessing the care they need.
